Garment changes (NEW COLLECTION):

If the garment you purchased in our new collection section does not fit perfectly in size, color or model, or you prefer to return the product, we are happy to help you make the change at no additional cost to the customer. Please let us know at hola@lawebdesmile.com and we will send you the correct size or model.

Returns (NEW COLLECTION):

If you decide to return a garment from our new collection, please send it to SMILE SHOW at C/Trafalgar 12, 28010 Madrid. It is important to note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the return, we will proceed to refund the amount to your account. We recommend using a courier that offers a tracking number for more precise control of the shipment.

Exchanges and Returns (Offers and Outlet):

Extended Change Period (All Products):

For all purchases made on or after November 15, the exchange period is extended until January 11, 2024. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, whether it is our sales, outlet or regular products.

Important!

For any promotion conditional on units, the refund will take into account the garments that the customer keeps. If you keep less than 3 items, you will lose the discount applied to the code used.
