To make an exchange or return, all items must meet the following conditions:
If the garment you purchased doesn't fit perfectly in size, color, or style, we are happy to help you make an exchange. Please fill out the FORM below, and we will send you the correct size or model.
For New Collection: The first exchange is free of charge for the customer (Exclusively for the first exchange, within mainland Spain and excluding Sale and Black Friday periods).
For Offers and Outlet: If you wish to make a size exchange, we can help you do so. Fill out the form, and we will contact you. The cost will be €6 per shipment; if it's sending you one and picking up another, it would be 2 shipments. We will inform you of the payment methods.
To fill out the form, follow these steps:
1. Indicate your name, order number, garment model, and the size you wish to exchange.
2. Select the new garment, along with the size.
3. Provide us with the pick-up and delivery address.
4. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible (Response time does not affect the return period of the item).
IMPORTANT:
Once the form is submitted, we will contact you to process the exchange. SMILE only covers the first exchange for new collection garments.
If a second exchange is desired, a fee of €6 would be paid before its approval.
If you decide to return an item from our new collection, please send it to SMILE SHOW at Calle de Raimundo Lulio 4, 28010 Madrid. It is important to note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the return, we will proceed with the refund to your account. We recommend using a courier service that offers a tracking number for more precise monitoring of the shipment.

For any promotion conditional on units, the refund will take into account the items the customer keeps. If you keep fewer than 3 items, you will lose the discount applied to the code used. For the 30% Off Belt promotion with your New In purchase, the refund will also take into account the customer's return; if the garment is returned but not the belt, you will lose the applied discount.
