Exchanges and returns

To make an exchange or return, all items must meet the following conditions:

  1. Not have been used
  2. Be in its original packaging.
  3. You have 15 calendar days to request a free exchange ONLY on New collection products.

Garment Exchanges

If the garment you purchased does not fit you perfectly in size, color, or style, we are happy to help you make the exchange. Please fill out the FORM below and we will send you the correct size or model.

For New Collection: the first exchange is at no additional cost to the customer (Exclusively for the first exchange, within mainland Spain and excluding Sales and Black Friday periods).

For Offers and Outlet: if you want to make a size change, we can help you do it. Fill out the form and we will contact you. The cost will be €6 per shipment; if it is to send you one and pick up another, it would be 2 shipments. We will inform you of the payment methods.

To fill out the form follow these steps:

1. Indicating your name, order number, garment model, and size you want to exchange.

2. Select the new garment, along with the size.

3. Indicate the collection and delivery address.

4. We will review your request and give you a response as soon as possible (The response time does not affect the return period of the item).

IMPORTANT:

Once the form has been submitted, we will contact you to process the exchange. SMILE is only responsible for the first exchange of new collection garments.

If a second exchange is desired, an amount of €6 would be paid before its approval.

Returns (NEW COLLECTION):

If you decide to return a garment from our new collection, please send it to SMILE SHOW at Calle de Raimundo Lulio 4 28010 Madrid. It is important to note that shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the return, we will proceed with the refund to your account. We recommend using a courier service that offers a tracking number for more precise control of the shipment.

Exchanges and Returns (Offers and Outlet):

If you decide to return or need to exchange a garment from our offers and outlet section, please send it to SMILE SHOW at Calle de Raimundo Lulio 4, 28010 Madrid. It is important to note that shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the return, we will proceed with the refund to your account. We recommend using a courier service that offers a tracking number for more precise control of the shipment.

Important!

For any promotion subject to units, the refund will take into account the garments that the customer keeps. If you keep fewer than 3 garments, you will lose the discount applied to the code used.
