To make an exchange or return, all items must meet the following conditions:
If the garment you purchased doesn't fit perfectly in size, color, or style, we're happy to help you make an exchange. Please fill out the FORM here and we will send you the correct size or model.
For New Collection: the first exchange is free of charge for the customer (Exclusively for the first exchange, within Peninsular Spain and excluding Sale periods and Black Friday).
For Offers and Outlet: if you want to make a size change, we can help you with it. Fill out the form and we will contact you. The cost will be €6 per shipment; if it's sending you one and picking up another, it would be 2 shipments. We will inform you of the payment methods.
To fill out the form, follow these steps:
1. Indicate your name, order number, garment model, and size you want to exchange.
2. Select the new garment, along with the size.
3. Provide the collection and delivery address.
4. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible (The response time does not affect the return period of the item).
IMPORTANT:
Once the form has been submitted, we will contact you to process the exchange. SMILE only covers the first exchange for new collection garments.
If a second exchange is desired, a fee of €6 would be paid before its approval.
If you decide to return an item from our new collection, please send it to SMILE SHOW at Calle de Raimundo Lulio 4, 28010 Madrid. It is important to note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the return, we will proceed with the refund to your account. We recommend using a courier service that offers a tracking number for more precise monitoring of the shipment.

It is important to note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the return, we will proceed with the refund to your account. For any promotion conditioned on units, the refund will take into account the garments the customer keeps. If you keep less than 3 garments, you will lose the discount applied to the code used.

It's important to read the care label and follow its instructions. To maintain the shape and colors of the polyester, we suggest washing garments inside out.
Polyester dries quickly in air, so frequent use of a dryer is not recommended. If you do use one, select a low temperature to avoid damaging the fibers.
Iron polyester garments inside out and at a low temperature. If possible, use a cloth between the iron and the fabric. The steam function can help remove wrinkles without damaging the garment.

Para realizar un cambio o devolución, todos los artículos deben cumplir las siguientes condiciones:
Si la prenda que compraste no te queda perfecta en talla, color o modelo, estamos encantados de ayudarte a hacer el cambio. Por favor, rellena el FORMULARIO aquí y te enviaremos la talla o modelo correcto.
Para Nueva Colección: el primer cambio es sin coste adicional para el cliente (Exclusivamente para el primer cambio, dentro de la Península española y excluyendo periodos de Rebajas y Black Friday).
Para Ofertas y Outlet: si quieres hacer un cambio de talla, podemos ayudarte a hacerlo. Rellena el formulario y nos pondremos en contacto contigo. El coste será de 6 € por envío; si es enviarte uno y recogerte otro, serían 2 envíos. Ya te indicaremos los métodos de pago.
Para rellenar el formulario sigue estos pasos:
1. Indicándonos el nombre, N.º de pedido, prenda modelo y talla que quieras cambiar.
2. Selecciona la prenda nueva, junto con la talla.
3. Indícanos la dirección de recogida y entrega.
4. Revisaremos tu solicitud y te daremos una respuesta lo antes posible (El tiempo de respuesta no afecta al periodo de la devolución del artículo).
IMPORTANTE:
Una vez enviado el formulario nos pondremos en contacto contigo para tramitar el cambio. SMILE Solo se hace cargo del primer cambio en prendas de la nueva colección.
Si se desea hacer un segundo cambio se abonaría un importe de 6 € antes de su aprobación.
Si decides devolver una prenda de nuestra nueva colección, por favor envíala a SMILE SHOW en Calle de Raimundo Lulio 4 28010 Madrid. Es importante destacar que los costes de envío son responsabilidad del cliente. Una vez recibamos la devolución, procederemos al reembolso del importe a tu cuenta. Para cualquier promoción condicionada a unidades, el reembolso tendrá en cuenta las prendas que se queda el cliente. Si te quedas con menos de 3 prendas, perderás el descuento aplicado al código utilizado.

Jacket is a real eye-catcher. Perfect for the transitional period. Sleeves cut very wide. However, the rubber in the cuffs is very tight. When closed, the jacket is very tight at the hips and when opened, it bounces back and creates wrinkles at the back. Goes back again.
