• Express - For purchases of €70.00 or more, shipping is free and transit time is 1 to 4 business days.
• Express - For purchases under €70.00, transit time is 1 to 4 business days and shipping costs €10.00 EUR.

EU (European Union)

• International Standard - For purchases of €150.00 or more, shipping is free and transit time is 4 to 10 business days.
• International Standard - For purchases under €150.00, transit time is 4 to 10 business days and shipping costs €15.00 EUR.

Rest of the World

• International Standard - For purchases of €250.00 or more, shipping is free and transit time is 4 to 10 business days.
• International Standard - For purchases under €250.00, transit time is 4 to 10 business days and shipping costs €25.00 EUR.

Please note that the indicated transit times are approximate and may vary depending on the exact delivery location. All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To request an exchange or return, all items must meet the following conditions:

1. Not have been used
2. Be in their original packaging.
3. You have 15 calendar days to request a free exchange for NEW COLLECTION items only.

Garment exchanges

If the garment you purchased doesn't fit perfectly in size, color, or model, we are happy to help you with an exchange. Please fill out the FORM here and we will send you the correct size or model.

For New Collection: the first exchange is free of charge for the customer (Exclusively for the first exchange, within mainland Spain, and excluding Sale and Black Friday periods).

For Offers and Outlet: if you want to exchange a size, we can help you do it. Fill out the form and we will contact you. The cost is €6 per shipment; if it involves sending one item and picking up another, that would be two shipments. We will provide payment methods.

To fill out the form, follow these steps:

1. Provide us with the name, order number, garment model, and size you wish to exchange.

2. Select the new garment along with the size.

3. Indicate the pickup and delivery address.

4. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible (response time does not affect the return period for the item).

IMPORTANT:

Once the form is submitted, we will contact you to process the exchange. SMILE only covers the first exchange for garments from the new collection.

If a second exchange is desired, a fee of €6 would be paid before approval.

Returns (NEW COLLECTION):

If you decide to return a garment from our new collection, please send it to SMILE SHOW at Calle de Raimundo Lulio 4, 28010 Madrid. Please note that shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the return, we will refund the amount to your account. We recommend using a courier that offers tracking for more precise shipment control.

Returns (Offers and Outlet):

If you decide to return a garment from our offers and outlet section, please send it to SMILE SHOW at Calle de Raimundo Lulio 4, 28010 Madrid. Please note that shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the return, we will refund the amount to your account. We recommend using a courier that offers tracking for more precise shipment control.

Important!

For any promotion conditioned by units, the refund will consider the garments the customer keeps. If you keep fewer than 3 items, you will lose the discount applied to the used code.
