To make an exchange or return, all items must meet the following conditions:
If the garment you purchased doesn't fit perfectly in size, color, or style, we are happy to help you make an exchange. Please fill out the FORM here and we will send you the correct size or style.
For New Collection: the first exchange is at no additional cost to the customer (Exclusively for the first exchange, within Peninsular Spain and excluding Sale periods and Black Friday).
For Offers and Outlet: if you want to make a size exchange, we can help you with that. Fill out the form and we will contact you. The cost will be €6 per shipment; if it's sending you one and picking up another, that would be 2 shipments. We will inform you of the payment methods.
To fill out the form, follow these steps:
1. Indicate your name, order number, garment model, and size you wish to exchange.
2. Select the new garment, along with the size.
3. Provide the collection and delivery address.
4. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible (The response time does not affect the return period of the item).
IMPORTANT:
Once the form is submitted, we will contact you to process the exchange. SMILE is only responsible for the first exchange of new collection garments.
If a second exchange is desired, a fee of €6 would be paid before its approval.
If you decide to return a garment from our new collection, please send it to SMILE SHOW at Calle de Raimundo Lulio 4, 28010 Madrid. It is important to note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the return, we will proceed to refund the amount to your account. We recommend using a courier service that offers a tracking number for more precise monitoring of the shipment.
