El Proceso de Lavado

Es esencial leer la etiqueta de cuidado y seguir sus indicaciones al pie de la letra. Te sugerimos que laves tus prendas de viscosa al revés para mantener la intensidad de los colores.

• En la lavadora: Las prendas de viscosa deben lavarse a una temperatura de 30° C en un ciclo para prendas delicadas. Se recomienda lavarlas junto con otras prendas similares para evitar que el tambor de la lavadora dañe el tejido.
• A mano: Lava la prenda a mano en agua fría o tibia, no superior a 20° C. Sumerge la prenda en agua con detergente y frota con suavidad. Enjuaga con abundante agua.

El Secado

No se recomienda usar la secadora para las prendas de viscosa. El secado al aire libre en una percha es la opción más aconsejable. Ten en cuenta que la viscosa puede cambiar su suavidad al contacto con el agua, pero no te preocupes: una vez seca, recuperará su textura original.

El Planchado

Las prendas de viscosa deben plancharse del revés con una plancha ajustada para seda y en estado húmedo. Para mayor precaución, puedes colocar un paño de planchar entre la plancha y la prenda. Es importante no usar la función de vapor de la plancha para evitar dañar la prenda. En esta etapa, la prenda de viscosa volverá a su tamaño original.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To request a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

1. Not have been used
2. Be in their original packaging.

Garment exchanges (NEW COLLECTION):

If the garment you purchased from our new collection doesn't fit perfectly in size, color, or model, or if you prefer to return the product, we are happy to help you exchange it at no extra cost to the customer. Returns (NEW COLLECTION):

If you decide to return a garment from our new collection, please send it to SMILE SHOW at C/Trafalgar 12, 28010 Madrid. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the return, we will refund the amount to your account. We recommend using a courier that provides a tracking number for more precise control of the shipment.

Exchanges and Returns (Offers and Outlet):
