SHIPPING

Spain

  • Express - For purchases of €40.00 or more, shipping is free and transit time is 1 to 2 business days.
  • Express - For purchases under €40.00, the transit time is 1 to 2 business days and costs €6.00 EUR.

Canary Islands

  • Express - For purchases of €70.00 or more, shipping is free and transit time is 1 to 4 business days.
  • Express - For purchases under €70.00, transit time is 1 to 4 business days and costs €10.00 EUR.

EU (European Union)

  • International Standard - For purchases of €150.00 or more, shipping is free and transit time is 4 to 10 business days.
  • International Standard - For purchases under €150.00, the transit time is 4 to 10 business days and costs €15.00 EUR.

Rest of the world

  • International Standard - For purchases of €250.00 or more, shipping is free and transit time is 4 to 10 business days.
  • International Standard - For purchases under €250.00, the transit time is 4 to 10 business days and costs €25.00 EUR.

Please note that the transit times mentioned are approximate and may vary depending on the exact delivery location. All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To make a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

  1. Not having been used
  2. Be in its original packaging.

Clothing exchanges (NEW COLLECTION):

If the item you purchased from our new collection section doesn't fit perfectly in terms of size, color, or style, or if you prefer to return it, we're happy to help you exchange it at no extra cost (exclusively within mainland Spain and excluding sales and Black Friday periods) . Please let us know at hola@lawebdesmile.com and we'll send you the correct size or style.

Returns (NEW COLLECTION):

If you decide to return an item from our new collection, please send it to SMILE SHOW at Calle de Raimundo Lulio 4, 28010 Madrid, Spain. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the return, we will process the refund to your account. We recommend using a courier service that offers tracking for more precise shipment tracking.

Exchanges and Returns (Offers and Outlet):

If you decide to return or exchange an item from our sale and outlet section, please send it to SMILE SHOW at Calle de Raimundo Lulio 4, 28010 Madrid. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the return, we will process the refund to your account. We recommend using a courier service that offers tracking for more precise shipment tracking.


Important!

For any promotion with a minimum purchase amount, the refund will take into account the number of items the customer keeps. If you keep fewer than 3 items, you will lose the discount applied to the code used.

For any promotion conditioned on units, the refund will take into account the garments that the customer keeps; if they keep less than 3, they will lose the discount.

The campaign codes are not cumulative; you can only choose one, the one that interests you most.
