If the item you purchased from our new collection section doesn't fit perfectly in terms of size, color, or style, or if you prefer to return it, we're happy to help you exchange it at no extra cost (exclusively within mainland Spain and excluding sales and Black Friday periods) . Please let us know at hola@lawebdesmile.com and we'll send you the correct size or style.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the return, we will process the refund to your account. We recommend using a courier service that offers tracking for more precise shipment tracking.

For any promotion with a minimum purchase amount, the refund will take into account the number of items the customer keeps. If you keep fewer than 3 items, you will lose the discount applied to the code used.

For any promotion conditioned on units, the refund will take into account the garments that the customer keeps; if they keep less than 3, they will lose the discount.
The campaign codes are not cumulative; you can only choose one, the one that interests you most.
