SHIPPING

Spain

  • Express - For purchases of €40.00 or more, shipping is free and transit time is 1 to 2 business days.
  • Express - For purchases of less than €40.00, the transit time is 1 to 2 business days and has a cost of €6.00 ​​EUR.

Canary Islands

  • Express - For purchases of €70.00 or more, shipping is free and transit time is 1 to 4 business days.
  • Express - For purchases of less than €70.00, transit time is 1 to 4 business days and costs €10.00 EUR.

EU (European Union)

  • International Standard - For purchases of €150.00 or more, shipping is free and transit time is 4 to 10 business days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Garment changes (NEW COLLECTION):

If the garment you purchased in our new collection section does not fit perfectly in size, color or model, or you prefer to return the product, we are happy to help you make the change at no additional cost to the customer. Please let us know at hola@lawebdesmile.com and we will send you the correct size or model.

Returns (NEW COLLECTION):

If you decide to return a garment from our new collection, please send it to SMILE SHOW at Calle de Raimundo Lulio 4 28010 Madrid. It is important to note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the return, we will proceed to refund the amount to your account. We recommend using a courier that offers a tracking number for more precise control of the shipment.

Exchanges and Returns (Offers and Outlet):

If you decide to return or need to exchange a garment from our offers and outlet section, please send it to SMILE SHOW at Calle de Raimundo Lulio 4, 28010 Madrid. It is important to note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the return, we will proceed to refund the amount to your account. We recommend using a courier that offers a tracking number for more precise control of the shipment.

Important!

For any promotion conditional on units, the refund will take into account the garments that the customer keeps. If you keep less than 3 items, you will lose the discount applied to the code used.

SPECIAL SALES

If you are a super FAN and want to get 3 OFFERS/OUTLET items, put the code: FANFAN , and you will have an extra 20% discount. Returns will be made taking into account the items that the customer keeps, if they keep less than 3 they will lose the discount.
