General Care of Garments without Specific Composition

The Washing Process

If you're unsure of the fabric's composition, it's advisable to take a cautious approach. Always read the care label and follow any instructions.

• In the washing machine: Wash clothes on a delicate cycle with cold or warm water (maximum 30°C). Use a mild detergent to minimize the risk of fabric damage.
• By hand: Hand wash in cold or warm water. Rub gently and rinse well. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents that could damage the fabric.

Drying

Avoid using a dryer, as the heat can damage many types of fabrics. It's best to air dry the garment by hanging it or laying it flat, away from direct sunlight.

The Ironing

If you decide to iron, use the lowest possible temperature and iron inside out. Place a cloth between the garment and the iron to avoid burns or marks. It's always best to test a small area before proceeding to iron the entire garment.

Spain

• Express - For purchases of €40.00 or more, shipping is free and transit time is 1 to 2 business days.

• Express - For purchases of €70.00 or more, shipping is free and transit time is 1 to 4 business days.

EU (European Union)

• International Standard - For purchases of €150.00 or more, shipping is free and transit time is 4 to 10 business days.
• International Standard - For purchases under €150.00, transit time is 4 to 10 business days and shipping costs €15.00 EUR.

Rest of the World

• International Standard - For purchases of €250.00 or more, shipping is free and transit time is 4 to 10 business days.
• International Standard - For purchases under €250.00, transit time is 4 to 10 business days and shipping costs €25.00 EUR.

Please note that the indicated transit times are approximate and may vary depending on the exact delivery location. All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To request a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

1. Not have been used
2. Be in their original packaging.

Garment exchanges (NEW COLLECTION):

If the garment you purchased from our new collection doesn't fit perfectly in size, color, or model, or if you prefer to return the product, we are happy to help you exchange it at no extra cost to the customer. Please contact us at hola@lawebdesmile.com and we will send you the correct size or model.

Returns (NEW COLLECTION):

If you decide to return a garment from our new collection, please send it to SMILE SHOW at C/Trafalgar 12, 28010 Madrid. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the return, we will refund the amount to your account. We recommend using a courier that provides a tracking number for more precise control of the shipment.

Exchanges and Returns (Offers and Outlet):

If you decide to return or need to exchange a garment from our offers and outlet section, please send it to SMILE SHOW at C/Trafalgar 12, 28010 Madrid. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the return, we will refund the amount to your account. We recommend using a courier that provides a tracking number for more precise control of the shipment.

Important!

For any promotion conditioned by units, the refund will consider the garments the customer keeps. If you keep fewer than 3 items, you will lose the discount applied to the used code.
