If the garment you purchased from our new collection doesn't fit perfectly in size, color, or model, or if you prefer to return the product, we are happy to help you exchange it at no extra cost to the customer (Exclusively within mainland Spain.) Please contact us at hola@lawebdesmile.com and we will send you the correct size or model.

Returns (NEW COLLECTION):

If you decide to return a garment from our new collection, please send it to SMILE SHOW at C/Trafalgar 12, 28010 Madrid. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the return, we will refund the amount to your account. We recommend using a courier that provides a tracking number for more precise control of the shipment.

Exchanges and Returns (Offers and Outlet):
