RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To request a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

1. Not have been used
2. Be in their original packaging.

Garment exchanges (NEW COLLECTION):

If the garment you purchased from our new collection doesn't fit perfectly in size, color, or model, or if you prefer to return the product, we are happy to help you exchange it at no extra cost to the customer (Exclusively within mainland Spain.) Please contact us at hola@lawebdesmile.com and we will send you the correct size or model.

Returns (NEW COLLECTION):

If you decide to return a garment from our new collection, please send it to SMILE SHOW at C/Trafalgar 12, 28010 Madrid. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the return, we will refund the amount to your account. We recommend using a courier that provides a tracking number for more precise control of the shipment.

Exchanges and Returns (Offers and Outlet):

If you decide to return or need to exchange a garment from our offers and outlet section, please send it to SMILE SHOW at C/Trafalgar 12, 28010 Madrid. Important!

For any promotion conditioned by units, the refund will consider the garments the customer keeps. If you keep fewer than 3 items, you will lose the discount applied to the used code.
